Russia is preparing a new humanitarian aid for Donbass

Russia forms a new batch of humanitarian assistance to the South-East of Ukraine. It is reported with reference to the Deputy Head of the Russian emergency situations Ministry, Vladimir Artamonov.

"The process of forming the next convoy, said Artamonov.

According to him, the shipment will be sent to the Donbass, once through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The exact date of sending humanitarian assistance is still unknown.
