Russian unified holding OPK has designed a system to protect important public sites against hackers called Paoutina (Spider Web) for the Russian army, said Thursday in Moscow the CEO of OPK, Alexander Yakunin.

"The software and hardware system Paoutina is one of the major projects undertaken by OPK in 2014 on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Defense. The system is able to detect computer attacks in real time.
